Southbend 4361D-2CL Description


Offering a total of 175,000 BTU heat input, the Southbend 4361D-2CL LP Ultimate series restaurant range’s heating power is spread over two non-clog burners, a 24-inch-wide charbroiler, and a standard oven. The six 12-inch burners are designed to never clog, which can eliminate one major cause of downtime and service calls. The 33,000 BTU burners are covered by heavy-duty cast iron grates that should hold up to years of commercial use. Cast iron grates sit over the burners and help disperse heat evenly. A removable drip tray catches all of the debris that falls under the burners so cleaning is an easier process.

The range's left-located charbroiler also has a cast iron grate, and the entire cooktop is fronted by a 4-inch-wide stainless steel rail that provides a great plating area. The 45,000 BTU standard oven has a thermostat range from 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Full sized pans fit in the cavity both ways, and a removable rack has two position side rails. The Southbend 4361D-2CL LP Ultimate series restaurant range is heated by propane gas.
