Its frame and handle are made of dishwasher-safe 18/8 stainless steel—a rust-resistant steel alloy comprised of 18 percent chrome and 8 percent nickel for long-term durability. This 13-inch-long by 2⁹⁄₁₀-inch-wide by 1-inch-tall piece features a curved, black, soft-touch ergonomic handle and features nonslip feet to stabilize it during use. For safe storage, it includes a blade cover and hanging ring that can be placed on a wall hook.
