From the Rocket Express series, the Pratica ROCKETEXPRESS rapid-cook oven is a compact unit designed for countertop application at bar stations and breakfast bars. It’s ideal for quickly heating partially prepared items, such as sandwiches, chicken wings, and mac and cheese. The unit’s heating system utilizes a combination of impinged air, microwaves, and infrared heating to warm food quickly.
For durability and ease of cleaning, the Pratica ROCKETEXPRESS high-speed oven is constructed of stainless steel and stands on four fixed feet for stability. To program or select the desired recipe, staff must access the touchscreen controller. This system can hold 1,024 recipes, each with a maximum of eight steps. The unit heats from 86 to 536 degrees Fahrenheit as needed.
