The Amana HDC12A2MGS commercial microwave comes with a sanitation kit for simplified cleaning—this kit includes a SteamPro pan, SteamPro drain sleeve, SteamPro lid, 100 milliliter beaker, and sanitation instructions. The microwave is made for countertop use and produces microwave-generated steam that meets CDC guidelines for decontamination and is safe for as many as 20 reuses. This unit can be stacked on another microwave to conserve countertop space. The microwave has 0.6 cubic feet of interior space and is equipped with two magnetrons. This unit provides the option for four-stage cooking.

Designed with a multiple portion setting, the Amana HDC12A2MGS commercial microwave oven has 11 power levels and 100 memory settings. This unit's smart USB connectivity enables operators to easily update the system, and it's compatible with ACP programming.
