The Spring USA SM-261R commercial induction range can be dropped into a countertop to save space and provide a smooth surface. The burner can be used to hold foods at the proper serving temperature or cook foods with induction-ready cookware. Its top is made of smooth smoked glass, so it's visually appealing and quick to clean.
This Spring USA SM-261R commercial induction range can be set to cook mode or temp mode, which have levels from 1 to 20 and temperatures between 110 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. These levels are set with knobs. The unit's control panel, which has a 43-foot cord, has an LED-lighted display for visible functions.
