Spring USA SM-251-2CR Description
The Spring USA SM-251-2CR Max™ Induction cook-and-hold induction range has two separate modes for cooking food or holding it at a particular temperature. It has power levels ranging from 1 to 20, and its temperature can be adjusted to a level between 110 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. These settings are adjustable with knobs.
So it can be used on the countertop or built into it, the Spring USA SM-251-2CR induction range has a removable control panel. If it's used on the countertop, nonskid feet ensure surfaces won't be scratched. Easing cleaning, the cooking panel of the range is made of tempered glass that provides a smooth surface.
