With two applicable functions, the Spring USA SM-1800LPD countertop induction range can be used to cook and hold food. Its levels can be monitored on an LED display, and touch controls enable the operator to adjust the temperature from 110 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and the power from 1 to 20. Using SmartScan® technology, this unit keeps the temperature at the correct level without using too much energy. It has double burners to cook two foods at once, and the top is made of tempered glass to provide durability. With the unit's solid-state controls, overheating is prevented with over/under voltage protection.
The Spring USA SM-1800LPD commercial induction range has a sleek black housing that matches common restaurant themes. Designed to sit on a countertop, it's fitted with a non-scratch base and footing that protects the countertop and prevents it from sliding.
