Town SM-36-R-STD-P Description
The Town SM-36-R-STD-P smoker oven adds deep flavor to chicken, pork, and other meats. Product can be put on the six stainless steel skewers to cook on two cooking levels. This unit’s water pan must be filled before use and then refilled if it is used for extended periods of time. A drip shield prevents liquids from spilling out of the cabinet while it is heated by five burners.
The exterior is made of durable galvanized steel, and the interior resists corrosion. Inside the cabinet is a perforated baffle that can be removed for cleaning. The door is hinged on the right side and has a safety grate. The Town SM-36-R-STD-P smoker oven is heated with LP gas and has a temperature range of 125 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
