The Town SM-36-R-SS-N MasterRange® smoker oven can be used to smoke meat, fish, cheese, and virtually any type of barbeque. It produces lean, juicy barbequed and smoked products at temperatures ranging from 125 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperature control is thermostatic, and the top baffle evenly moves heat throughout the cabinet. Rapidly cooking product without shrinkage, the stainless steel drip pan only needs to be filled with water. The drip shield generates smoke and controls drip flow.
Able to withstand high-volume applications, most the Town SM-36-R-SS-N smoker oven is constructed of durable stainless steel. The double-wall, insulated door is hinged on the right and insulated to retain heat. A stainless steel, tubular door handle provides a comfortable grip. With cast iron latches, the door stays shut during the smoking process. Adjustable legs elevate the smoker off the floor, and a 6-inch clearance from combustible surfaces is required at the sides and rear.
