The Town SM-30-R-STD-P commercial smokehouse oven features a galvanized steel exterior and an aluminized steel interior designed to endure heavy-duty use. It includes a right-hinged, flush-mounted door reinforced with a steel frame and secured with two swivel latches for reliability. Equipped with thermostatic controls, this unit offers precise temperature adjustments from 125 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, while the 1-inch fiberglass insulation helps retain heat effectively.
Constructed for versatility, the Town SM-30-R-STD-P includes two cooking levels and six stainless steel skewers to accommodate a variety of recipes. The removable perforated top baffle panel and aluminized steel drip shields simplify cleaning, while the 4-inch top-mounted flue directs smoke and heat safely. Adjustable 73/4-inch stainless steel legs provide stability, and the oven is equipped with a reinforced drip pan set for additional durability.
