Town SM-30-L-STD-P Description
The Town SM-30-L-STD-P commercial smokehouse oven is designed with two cooking levels and thermostatic controls, enabling precise temperature adjustments within a range of 125 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Constructed with a galvanized steel exterior and aluminized steel interior, it features 1 inch of fiberglass insulation for effective heat retention. The unit is equipped with a right-hinged solid flush-mounted door reinforced with a steel frame and two swivel latches for secure operation, and it includes six stainless steel skewers for versatile food preparation.
The Town SM-30-L-STD-P smokehouse oven includes a removable perforated top panel to enhance airflow and aluminized steel drip shields for easier maintenance. A 4-inch top-mounted flue redirects smoke and heat away from the cooking area, while 73⁄4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs provide stability on uneven surfaces. Additional components include a drip pan set with a 3⁄16-inch reinforced steel baffle and a pressure regulator to support safe and efficient operation.
