Town PR-36-L-SS Description
The Town PR-36-L-SS commercial pig roaster is designed for high-capacity professional roasting operations. Its 2-tier perimeter burners are positioned at the sides and rear, with safety pilots to ensure reliable and consistent performance. The interior accommodates one whole pig and includes dual-drip pans on the bottom to catch grease and maintain cleanliness during use. Two included roasting bars securely hold the product for efficient roasting.
Constructed of a durable stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior with burner shields, the Town PR-36-L-SS pig roaster is built for lasting use and easy maintenance. A 4-inch-high flue ensures proper ventilation, while the 11/4-inch gas inlet is conveniently located below the controls for easy connection. Recommended clearance is 6 inches at the sides and back to ensure safe operation during use.
