"I own a tea shop so having hot water is a must. In the past I've used the Cecilware 5 gallon portable water boiler and it's a well constructed unit which can stand up to heavy everyday use. But after about 8 years, it needs to be replaced. This unit by Town Food was a quarter of the price so I thought I'd give it a try. The materials used feel really cheap in comparison. The nozzle is smaller so dispensing water is much slower. The stainless steal of the boiler is also a much thinner guage which is easily dented. Within a month of using it, the faucet began to leak where it attachs to the side of the boiler. It seems as if the gasket doesn't seal properly and water just continues to slowly drip out. I'm going to buy another Ceciware boiler and I'm sure it'll give me years of reliable use compared to the Town Food one."
