Wolf SCB72 Description
The Wolf SCB72 gas charbroiler has stainless steel top trim, sides, grease trough, control panel, and backsplash and heavy-duty, cast iron radiants and burners for durability. Flare-ups and fat run-off are maintained by the cast-in, pitched grease trough in each grate blade. Level broiling and self-cleaning are possible since the 51⁄4-inch-wide sloped cast iron grates are reversible. Each broiler grate has a 14,500-BTU burner, while each of the 13 burners has an infinite heat control valve. The standing pilot ignition system is easy to light. To make cleaning the grease drawer easier, the underburner deflector system reflects heat up, creating a cool zone underneath. The Wolf SCB72 gas charbroiler is heated by natural gas.
