Wolf SCB36 36" Gas Charbroiler w/ (6) Burners & Cast Iron Grates, Liquid Propane

The Wolf SCB36 gas charbroiler is equipped with durable cast-iron radiants, and there are six burners to produce an even heat across the charbroiler’s surface. Each burner has its own individual infinite heat control valve to cook different products at one time. Since the 5¹⁄₄-inch-wide sloped grates are reversible, level broiling and self-cleaning are possible. Full-width grease drawers facilitate cleaning, while an underburner deflection sends heat upwards to create a cool area in the grease drawer. The Wolf SCB36 gas charbroiler is lifted off the countertop with 4-inch adjustable legs.
