Wolf ACB60 Description
The Wolf ACB60 gas charbroiler has an all-welded frame that makes the whole unit more durable and stable. Its stainless steel construction is heavy duty for long-term use and prevents dents or scratches. Heat is pushed upward by the heat deflector tray system to create a cool zone in the grease drawer and speed up the cleaning process. A high-range infinite-heat control valve controls each burner, with adjustment marks for each valve on the front panel ensuring operation remains simple.
The standing pilot ignition system aids operators when lighting the pilots. For each 51/4-inch-wide, cast iron diamond broiler grate, one 17,000-BTU burner is built in. This Wolf ACB60 commercial charbroiler has cast iron char-radiants that are extremely durable. A ventilation system must be implemented in order to use this unit.
