Wolf ACB60 Description
The Wolf ACB60 gas charbroiler has 11 burners that have 51⁄4-inch-wide, cast-iron, diamond grates to set pans on. Each 17,000-BTU burner is turned on using the easy-to-light standing pilot ignition system. For each burner, there is a high range, infinite-heat control valve, and adjusting the settings on the front panel is easy since there are markings on it. Supercharge burner dividers allow for an enhanced multi-zone cooking capability and decrease the transfer of heat. To make cleaning easier, a cool zone is created in the grease drawer by the heat deflector tray system pushing heat up. The backsplash, control panel, grease trough, sides, and top trim are all made of stainless steel for durability and damage resistance. The Wolf ACB60 gas charbroiler has an all-welded frame that makes the unit more durable.
