This material can safely be heated on an induction or standard stovetop, in an oven, or over campfires and coals. To minimize the risk of ingredients sticking to the smooth, CNC-machined surface, it comes pre-seasoned with organic flaxseed oil. Its bronze finish enhances rust resistance and will patina over time for a classically elegant appearance that suits fine dining. While its eight rounded corners double as pouring spouts, its angled sides simplify fitting a spatula behind the crust of baked goods. Because it flaunts a timeless aesthetic, it can double as a decorative piece of servingware; waitstaff can deliver this skillet to the table by gripping the stainless steel spring handle and helper tab. To match the rest of the skillet, a milled, hand-polished end tab built onto the handle will patina with repeated use.
