Finex DL5-10001 Description
Great for cooking one-pot meals, braising brisket, or deep frying, the Finex DL5-10001 Dutch oven boasts a 5-quart capacity and 81⁄5-inch-diameter cooking surface. Made of durable, heavyweight cast iron, it retains heat and is safe to warm on standard and induction stovetops, in ovens, and over coals. Its surface is stone polished through a two-stage process that establishes an easy-to-clean surface; to establish a nonstick, rust-resistant cooking area, it comes doubly pre-seasoned with organic flaxseed oil. This 141⁄2-inch-long by 11-inch-wide by 63⁄4-inch-tall piece sports a unique octagonal structure that introduces an eye-catching shape, facilitates pouring from any side, and lets users fit spatulas behind baked goods to simplify serving. Dual spring handles wound from a 300-series stainless steel rod minimize heat transfer so waitstaff can safely deliver the piece to the table. For an upscale presentation to complement fine-dining applications, it includes an octagonal lid with a decorative top knob.
