For flexible, simultaneous sealing, the Sipromac 380T vacuum sealer is equipped with two 12¹⁄₂-inch-long seal bars and one 32¹⁄₅-inch-long seal bar. A 20-cubic-meter-per-hour Busch pump removes air surrounding bagged products to prolong shelf life, minimize product shrinkage, enhance product quality, and protect contents from contaminants. If small bags need to be sealed, operators can insert the two included plates to adjust sealing height. For simple operation, this unit's microprocessor features a digital panel so users can adjust vacuum levels and seal cycle times. Its silencer minimizes noise during vacuuming and sealing to not disrupt quiet settings.

Sized for countertop placement, the Sipromac 380T vacuum sealer measures 42⁹⁄₁₀ inches wide by 25¹⁄₂ inches high by 19¹⁄₅ inches high. Its clear top lid grants a full view of the single chamber so employees can monitor the sealing process. To survive back-of-house use in restaurants, hotels, schools, cafeterias, and other establishment that need to portion or freeze foods, its body is made of stainless steel—a wear-, rust-, and corrosion-resistant metal that's simple to wipe clean.
