The Walco VES29 demitasse spoon's Vestige pattern adds texture to place settings, while its mirror finish highlights depth and introduces a subtle gleam. For high-volume use in upscale dining rooms, it's made of 18/10 stainless steel—an alloy of steel, 18 percent chrome, and 10 percent nickel. As the highest grade of stainless steel available for flatware, it's exceptionally rust and bend resistant, though it's pricier than lower-grade 18/0 and 18/8 steel alloys. Its 41⁄2-inch length is sized for scooping foam from cappuccinos or stirring cream and sugar into espresso served in a demitasse cup.
