Walco 0106 Description
The Walco 0106 salad fork's hollow handle is built with a curvature to raise it from the table, easing gripping and picking up. Its 61⁄2-inch-length is ideal for salads served before the main course in a fine dining restaurant. Because it's made of 18/0 stainless steel, it contains no nickel, so it’s great for users with allergies to the metal. Although it's durable enough for commercial use, it's not quite as strong as 18/8 and 18/10 stainless steel.
