Skyfood SKEX Description
The Skyfood SKEX floor model meat and bone saw is made of steel with a painted finish and the food zones are stainless steel to ease cleaning. For use with all meats and bones, this unit has a durable thermal-protected motor, and to ease cleaning, the food processor has a removable blade, wheels, doors, tables, and blade guards. Ideal for capturing loose bone dust, the lower scrap pan is also removable, and the blade on this saw is 98 inches long.
This Skyfood SKEX floor-model meat and bone saw is made to sit directly on the kitchen floor. Safety features include an emergency shutoff button, a blade guide guard, and an electric control system that prevents the unit from rebooting after a power outage. Sensors on the upper and lower doors and the column blade guard will stop the motor when a door is open or the guard is removed.
