Skyfood PCI-22G Description
The Skyfood PCI-22G bench meat grinder grinds 11 to 14 pounds per minute, so it is ideal for medium and large butcher shops with limited space. This gear-driven unit includes one knife and 1⁄8-inch and 3⁄16-inch chopping plates. With a cast iron grinding device and a large guarded feed throat, this unit provides quick and efficient feeding.
Running in an oil bath, the Skyfood PCI-22G bench meat grinder uses gears to move the knives and plates, and for safety purposes, the power is disconnected when the pan is removed. Designed to operate with a 650-pound hourly capacity, this unit has a stainless steel housing for the 2-horsepower motor.
