Skyfood ABS Description
The Skyfood ABS countertop meat tenderizer is ideal for small butcheries and meat shops, enabling the operator to process as much as 880 pounds of tenderized meat per hour. Hundreds of small tenderizing blades thoroughly penetrate muscle fibers and sinew to ensure meat cooks quickly while remaining tender and chewable. The feeding mouth is 3⁄4 inch wide, accommodating 1⁄2-inch pieces of meat, and a safety switch on the intake chute shuts the unit down when removed to ensure the safety of staff members' hands.
