The Eagle Group SMPT30108 prep table offers a wide top for flexibility in restaurant kitchens. In total, this unit features two sink basins, both measuring 18 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 12 inches high. Additionally, its expansive surface area includes ¹/₂-thick poly cutting boards that measure 16 inches wide by 24 inches long, providing space for workers to prep chicken or fish. Overall, it measures 108 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 44³/₄ inches high and is constructed of 14-gauge, type 304 stainless steel that provides durability and corrosion resistance. With its uni-lok® gusset system, its joined components reduce lateral movement and withstand high-intensity use.
