Randell 9230-513 Description
The Randell 9230-513 reach-in sandwich/salad prep table incorporates a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that circulates R513A refrigerant for dependable cooling performance. Sized to fit 16 sixth-size pans, the top rail pairs with a 12-inch cutting board to support neat assembly during busy prep periods. Its 19.3-cubic-foot, dual-section aluminum cavity contains two enameled shelves for clean ingredient separation. Constructed of stainless steel, the 72-inch-wide by 33-inch-deep by 43 3⁄4-inch-high frame resists corrosion and rests on 6-inch adjustable legs for balanced positioning. Polyurethane insulation reduces temperature fluctuation, while two 27-inch self-closing doors limit cold-air escape.
