Featuring a stainless steel exterior, the Randell PT60-24W-L sandwich and salad prep table withstands high-volume applications and is resistant to rust, scrapes, and dents. Measuring 60 inches in length, this prep table accommodates 24 sixth-size pans, and due to its raised rim cutouts, it can hold pans as deep as 6 inches. For streamlined preparation, this prep table includes a full-length composite cutting board to provide a cutting surface that won't quickly dull knife edges. Each of the unit's doors are 24 inches wide and have self-closing capability to help preserve interior temperatures.

Resting on 6-inch casters, the Randell PT60-24W-L refrigerated prep table streamlines smooth movement for cleaning and maintenance. When in use, operators can lock the front two casters to prevent drifting or sliding. Mounted on concealed hinges, the unit's doors also have recessed handles, providing a smooth front surface that won't snag on the user's hair or skin. To seal in cold air, the table's door gaskets are magnetic, and its coved interior cabinet corners streamline cleaning.
