The Randell 8395N-290-PCB sandwich and salad prep table is built with a self-contained refrigeration system, and for maximized interior storage space, this refrigeration system is side mounted. To provide many different topping options, this table can hold 13 third-size pans, and it has a raised rail design for user comfort. Offering independent adjustment for the base and rail, the unit's electronic controls are externally mounted for streamlined monitoring. This prep table include three solid, hinged doors, each of which are sealed with a removable magnetic gasket to conserve cold air.

Saving energy costs over time, the Randell 8395N-290-PCB refrigerated prep table has an option to shut off the rail overnight. For user comfort, this table provides a 15-inch-wide prep space, and this working area is raised to a height of 35 inches for improved accessibility. Using a cold-wall refrigeration system for the pan rail, this unit ensures that product stored in pans stays cold all the way through, reducing spoilage and waste. The cabinet's interior side walls are made of thermoformed ABS plastic for impact resistance.
