Good for outdoor use, it comes with an umbrella that stands 52 inches above the unit so servers and the food are shielded from the elements. Made of stainless steel, it can endure common wear from high-volume use. It includes two wheels for smooth movement, and users can push the unit with its two handles. Along the unit’s sides, a hotdog graphic assists in advertising fresh food to customers.

This Gold Medal 8080NS hotdog steamer is equipped with two third-size pans that measure 4 inches deep and two sixth-size pans that are 4 inches deep, enabling storage for a variety of hotdog and bun sizes. All of the pans are covered with solid stainless steel lids to keep the hotdogs and buns warm and prevent heat and steam from escaping. Overall, this unit can store and steam as many as 60 hotdogs.
