Users can adjust each cooktop between 140 and 440 degrees Fahrenheit, while its LED display panel provides an accurate power level, temperature, time, and error code readout. Because these cooktops use electromagnetism, their surfaces remain cool throughout cooking and are only compatible with iron-based cookware.

This Tablecraft CWACTION2BRA induction countertop station kit's Duracoat™-coated aluminum construction is lightweight to simplify transport and can be set up, disassembled, and cleaned quickly. Its 47³⁄₈-inch-wide by 25¹⁄₄-inch-deep by 6-inch-high construction fits most catering tables, while its brushed finish adds a sleek, sophisticated look to match an array of venues. Its two half-long cooling plates keep ingredients cold for serving and cooking and should be stored in the freezer prior to use.
