It heats with fuel, and it has a bottom-mounted fuel holder to safely hold the cans during use. Because this chafer is mobile, it is great for use at catering events and buffet halls. Its window provides interior visibility without the risk of letting heat escape by opening the lid, and to prevent damage, the lid also closes slowly. Finished with stainless steel, this chafer is durable and dishwasher safe.
