The FWE URS-10 mobile refrigerated cabinet’s 32¹/₂-inch width by 37¹/₂-inch depth by 74¹/₂-inch height can support 10 full-size sheet pans or 20 full-size steam pans. Designed for catering events, the cabinet has 10 tray slides that provide bottom support, and these slides are adjustable and removable to accommodate changing inventory and deep cleaning of the cabinet’s interior.

To prevent hot air from entering the unit, a solid flush-mounted stainless steel door is insulated and gasket sealed. By using a ¹⁄₄ horsepower condensing unit, the air-cooled closed system evenly refrigerates foods. Adjustable from 33 degrees Fahrenheit to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, it includes a digital temperature display located on the front of the unit to portray the set point and the actual temperature for reference. Its on-demand defrost feature helps reduce user maintenance.

Made of stainless steel, the FWE URS-10 refrigerated cabinet’s base frame is welded and made of heavy-gauge tubing to resist shock during transportation. For mobility, casters are attached to the underside of the frame. With two rigid and two swivel casters, users can move forward, reverse, and park the unit, while its 1-inch by ³/₈-inch heavy-duty push bars on its sides assist in transportation. In case it bumps into objects while in motion, a vinyl cushion is bolted to a wraparound aluminum channel to prevent exterior damage. Inside the cabinet, its curved corners are smooth and can be wiped down.
