FWE UHST-GN-6480-BQ Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (19) Pan Capacity, 120v

For catering events, the FWE UHST-GN-6480-BQ Ultra-Universal Series heated cabinet supports 64 to 80 covered plates and as many as 38 pans. Each of the 19 stainless steel rails hold a 22.25-inch by 33-inch triple-plated, welded shelf, which is removable and adjustable for versatility. Its insulated door swings open for full access to the interior contents, simplifying inventory checks and organization, and the door’s magnetic latch, which has a full grip, ensures a positive closing mechanism to prevent heat loss.

Its top, back, bottom, sides, and door retain heat with high-density ceramic and fiberglass insulation, and the entire unit is constructed of durable stainless steel. Designed for transportation, it has two rigid casters and two swivel casters to move forward, reverse, and park as needed. Users push the unit with the 1-inch by 0.38-inch solid-formed push-bar handles along its sides.

The FWE UHST-GN-6480-BQ commercial heated cabinet minimizes cold spots by forcing hot air throughout the cabinet with the top-mounted heat system. Located in the top heat chamber, it’s separated from the food cabinet and vented for uniform circulation. This design also protects the heating cabinet from spills at the bottom of the unit and increases easy-to-clean space. With a set range of 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, users can adjust temperature at the electronic controls located at the front of the unit. To prevent damage to stored food, a low-temperature alarm will sound if temperature drops unexpectedly, and an indicator light signals the unit is on.
