FWE UHS-7-14 Description
The FWE UHS-7-14 half-height heated cabinet is built with casters to provide mobility. Its push bar handles can be used to steer it through a hotel, banquet hall, or restaurant, and its wraparound bumper protects it from damage in the case of collision. Users can monitor the current temperature level on its thermometer, which remains on even if the unit is turned off. The front-mounted control panel is equipped with a thermostat to permit temperature adjustments from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit depending on specific needs.
Because the FWE UHS-7-14 mobile heated cabinet's universal tray slides can be adjusted in 11⁄2-inch increments, they can be used to hold a variety of items. They accommodate as many as (14) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (28) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. Durable for high-volume use, this cabinet is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and it's insulated with fiberglass to minimize heat and energy loss.
