FWE UHS-5-5 Description
The FWE UHS-5-5 full-height heated cabinet has a split cavity with individual controls. To ensure food remains warm until it's served, it operates in the range of 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and it uses a Humi-Temp system that evenly circulates heat and humidity. The two flush-mounted doors are secured with edge-mount latches, and the cabinet contains high-density fiberglass insulation to prevent heat and energy loss. The control panel on the front of the unit includes a thermometer that provides a constant readout of the current temperature level.
To accommodate five universal tray slides per cavity, the FWE UHS-5-5 insulated heated cabinet measures 32.75 inches wide by 33.50 inches deep by 69.50 inches high. These slides are adjustable in 11⁄2-inch increments, and they can hold (10) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (20) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. Constructed of stainless steel, this unit is durable and resistant to rusting and corroding. It's equipped with 5-inch casters for mobility, making it simple for employees to serve hot food to customers.
