FWE TS-1826-7 Description
Preventing product waste, the five tray slides in the FWE TS-1826-7 insulated mobile heated cabinet are designed to not tip while loading and retrieving product. The slides are adjustable by 11⁄2 inch and can be used to hold a range of GN pans and food pans. To serve food in a banquet hall or catering room, the unit is positioned on 2-inch casters that provide mobility, and recessed hand grips help employees control the cabinet while moving it throughout the room. For improved cleaning, the slides and uprights are removable.
To ensure product remains warm, the FWE TS-1826-7 half-height heated cabinet is fully insulated. The temperature can be adjusted from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and a readout provides the current levels in Fahrenheit or Celsius for monitoring purposes. Eliminating cold or hot spots, the cabinet operates with Humi-Temp technology and is made of stainless steel, ensuring it stands up to commercial use without sustaining severe damage.
