FWE TS-1826-30 Description
The FWE TS-1826-30 mobile heated cabinet contains high-density fiberglass insulation to reduce temperature fluctuations and preserve energy. For monitoring, a thermometer on the eye-level control panel provides a constant readout of the temperature even when the unit is powered off. The temperature is adjustable from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and its Humi-Temp heat system evenly circulates heat to eliminate hot and cold spots in the cabinet. Suitable for use in high-volume restaurants, it's made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
To enable mobility, the FWE TS-1826-30 full-height heated cabinet is fitted with six 6-inch casters. Push bar handles on each end of the cabinet help users transport and maneuver it, and a bumper surrounds the full perimeter to protect it from damage if it's knocked into another piece of equipment. With 20 pairs of universal slides, this unit accommodates a range of sheet pans and hotel pans, and the slides are adjustable in 11⁄2-inch increments for versatile holding.
