FWE TS-1826-15 Description
Corrosion resistant, durable, and simple to clean, the FWE TS-1826-15 heated cabinet is constructed of stainless steel, and to further streamline cleaning, its uprights and tray slides are removable. Operators can adjust the unit's temperature between 90 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and to preserve heat, it's built with high-density fiberglass insulation. Overall, it measures 301/2 inches wide by 331/4 inches deep by 601/2 inches high.
The FWE TS-1826-15 heated holding cabinet utilizes a Humi-temp system that gently circulates heat and moisture to hold food at optimal conditions. It features a single, flush-mounted door through which operators can access the cabinet, which is furnished with tray slides that can be adjusted. To enable mobility, this unit is furnished with push-bar handles and 5-inch casters. It's built with a full-perimeter bumper to protect walls and surrounding equipment during transportation.
