FWE RH-RB-26 HO Description
Because it is insulated with high-density fiberglass and ceramics, the FWE RH-RB-26 HO full-size rethermalizer oven holds warm air inside the cabinet and reduces the amount of money spent on energy. Heat is also retained due to the two sealed Dutch doors. This unit can reheat pre-cooked food without reducing its quality, taste, or nutrition. When common kitchen messes occur, the stainless steel construction can be wiped down quickly.
The FWE RH-RB-26 HO rethermalizer oven has a dial control for adjusting the temperature to a maximum 350 degrees Fahrenheit. To monitor this number, an LED screen displays an accurate readout, and operators can program the time, temperature, and as many as eight recipes on the control panel. This unit is elevated above the ground on 6-inch legs, so users can clean dirt from underneath it.
