FWE RH-B-32 Description
Capable of cooking, baking, and reheating, the FWE RH-B-32 full-size rethermalizer oven features precise temperature control and reheats without sacrificing color, texture, and flavor. Its fixed slides are spaced 3.5 inches apart to hold (32) 13.5-inch by 26-inch by 2.5-inch wire baskets or (192) 8.5-inch by 6.5-inch meal trays. It reaches temperatures as high as 350 degrees Fahrenheit and has separate controls for cooking and heating cycles. These controls also include a timer adjustment and can be programmed to store eight preset menu selections.
The FWE RH-B-32 rethermalizer oven's two Dutch doors are vented to release excess moisture from the cabinet so product can brown naturally. Made of stainless steel, this unit is rust and corrosion resistant and durable enough for kitchens, banquet halls, or hotels. It's insulated with high-density ceramic and fiberglass to preserve energy and prevent temperature loss, and for mobility, it's positioned on 5-inch casters.
