FWE PS-1220-8 Description
Mounted on 5-inch casters and equipped with push bars, the FWE PS-1220-8 heated cabinet is designed for mobility. It has two flush-mounted doors through which operators can access the cabinet, which accommodates (8) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. To protect furniture, doorframes, and surrounding equipment during transit, it features a wraparound bumper. Overall, this unit measures 241/2 inches wide by 263/4 inches deep by 373/4 inches high.
A practical choice for high-volume settings, the FWE PS-1220-8 heated holding cabinet is constructed of stainless steel—a strong, rust-resistant metal that can be wiped clean. It features a removable water pan to further streamline cleaning, while its controls are recessed to prevent accidental adjustments. To power the unit down after use, operators can flip the on/off switch. This unit uses a Humi-Temp heat and humidity system to hold food at optimal conditions.
