FWE PS-1220-45 Description
Suitable for rigorous environments, the FWE PS-1220-45 heated cabinet is constructed of rust-resistant, easy-to-clean stainless steel. Its water pan is removable for cleaning, while its high-density fiberglass insulation preserves heat to improve efficiency. To hold product at optimal levels of heat and moisture, it operates with a Humi-Temp gentle circulation system. This unit has a temperature range between 90 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
Furnished with 5-inch casters and push bars, the FWE PS-1220-45 heated holding cabinet is designed for mobility. To protect walls, furniture, and surrounding equipment during transit, it's equipped with a wraparound bumper. It features three flush-mounted doors through which operators can access the cabinet, which accommodates (45) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. Overall, this unit measures 60.25 inches wide by 26.75 inches deep by 59 inches high.
