FWE PS-1220-20 Description
To extend its service life in high-volume environments, the FWE PS-1220-20 heated cabinet is constructed of stainless steel—a durable metal that resists corrosion and streamlines cleaning. For additional strength, it features a tubular welded base, and its wraparound bumper protects doorframes and nearby equipment during transit. For mobile applications, this unit is equipped with 5-inch casters and push bars.
The FWE PS-1220-20 heated holding cabinet measures 43 inches wide by 26.75 inches deep by 43 inches high and accommodates (20) 20-inch by 20-inch pans. With the unit's recessed electronic controls, operators can adjust the temperature from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit and power down the unit when not in use with an on/off switch. To enable thorough cleaning, its water reservoir is removable, and the high-density fiberglass insulation preserves heat.
