FWE PHTT-12 Description
When the water levels or temperature in the FWE PHTT-12 full-height heated cabinet get too low, a light will shine to inform users. If desired, an audible alarm can also sound to grab employee attention. This unit recovers temperatures quickly, ensuring food doesn’t become cold when the door is frequently opened and closed. The cabinet is fully insulated, and the temperature can be adjusted from 90 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit depending on need. Furthermore, this unit has controls for adjusting the heat and humidity of the cabinet.
The FWE PHTT-12 insulated mobile heated cabinet is made of stainless steel—a durable material that won't rust, corrode, warp, or scrape. It comes with 12 universal tray slides that are adjustable on 11⁄2-inch increments to accommodate a range of food. For versatile use, it accommodates (12) 18-inch by 26-inch or (24) 12-inch by 20-inch food pans. Mobility is provided with 5-inch casters, two of which brake to stabilize the unit.
