FWE MTU-4 Description
The FWE MTU-4 undercounter mobile heated cabinet has a built-in humidity system, balancing air and moisture to provide control over product and extend hold times. Temperature in the cabinet stays between 90 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit and is adjustable with electronic controls. Air moisture and temperature are controlled separately to provide the operator with optimum control over the unit. Heat is retained in the cabinet with the fiberglass insulated cabinet and door. Durability and strength are provided with the stainless steel welded base frame. The FWE MTU-4 is easy to transport with four swivel casters. To lock the cabinet in place, two casters brake for stability. Pans are held on four adjustable tray slides.
