FWE MTU-10 Description
With its Moisture-Temp system, the FWE MTU-10 full-height insulated mobile heated cabinet provides humidified holding with a removable, 12-inch by 20-inch stainless steel water reservoir pan. Universal tray slides on the cabinet's interior are adjustable and accommodate up to 20 food pans, depending on the pan size. To improve visibility, eye-level controls are front-facing and include a clear digital temperature display. The cabinet sits on 5-inch polyurethane tire casters, two of which swivel and brake for improved maneuvering and stability.
For a customizable holding solution, the FWE MTU-10 full-height insulated mobile heated cabinet's temperature and moisture can be adjusted individually with two independent nickel-chromium heating elements, and the cabinet can also provide dry holding if the operator removes the water reservoir. To ensure foods are kept warm for serving, the available temperature range is 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and high-density fiberglass insulation prevents heat from escaping.
