FWE MT-1220-6-6 Description
The FWE MT-1220-6-6 full-height mobile heated cabinet has a reach-in design and two individually controlled sections with their own control panels. Both six-pan-capacity sections include two heating elements made of a nickel-chromium alloy that adjust the temperature and moisture within each cabinet. Removable water reservoirs in both sections streamline moisture replenishment and cleanup. The exterior is made of 20-gauge stainless steel while the interior is constructed of 22-gauge stainless steel with coved edges that are simple to clean.
To ensure that foods are kept at optimal holding temperatures, the FWE MT-1220-6-6 full-height mobile heated cabinet offers a temperature range of 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and the moisture controls can be set to accommodate dry or wet food holding. A set of 5-inch casters is attached to the bottom of the cabinet to facilitate smooth movement.
