FWE MT-1220-10 Description
The front-mounted, recessed controls on the FWE MT-1220-10 half-height heated mobile cabinet enable users to adjust its temperatures between 90 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit and manipulate moisture levels. Because it has a Moisture-Temp system, the cabinet is equipped with a removable stainless steel water reservoir in the bottom of the cabinet that supplies moisture to the humidified cabinet. The exterior is made of 20-gauge stainless steel, which resists rust and corrosion, while the 22-gauge stainless steel interior includes coved corners that streamline cleanup.
Insulated with high-density fiberglass, the FWE MT-1220-10 half-height heated holding cabinet retains heat efficiently while reducing its energy use. To further prevent heat loss, high-heat gaskets mounted on the cabinet provide a firm seal when the door is closed. For quick identification of operational status, the cabinet includes indicator lights for power, humidity cycle, and thermostat cycle. A set of 5-inch polyurethane casters is attached to the bottom of the cabinet, enabling movement between service locations.
