FWE HLC-7H-21 Description
To supply optimal holding temperatures for multiple foods, the FWE HLC-7H-21 undercounter insulated mobile heated cabinet has three separate compartments with their own electronic thermostat and digital temperature display. Nickel-chromium alloy heating elements provide radiant dry heat to seven pans in each section, giving the cabinet an overall capacity of 21 food pans. The cabinet measures 52 inches wide by 271/2 inches deep by 303/4 inches high and is mounted on 31/2-inch polyurethane tire casters.
Insulated with Ultra-Guard high-density fiberglass, the FWE HLC-7H-21 mobile heated cabinet reduces its energy consumption while ensuring heat is held inside. The exterior of the cabinet is constructed of 20-gauge stainless steel and the interior is made of 22-gauge stainless steel with coved corners that are simple to clean. The magnetic door handle removes the need for a latch mechanism and provides a streamlined appearance.
